I am currently exhibiting at the 48th Dunkeld Art Exhibition held at the Duchess Anne, until Monday 30th August 2018.
It is an open exhibition showing a variety of art work from artists in the UK and runs for 10 weeks each summer to raise funds for the Dunkeld Cathedral.
I was really pleased to be accepted to exhibit alongside the RSW members at the RSW 7th Open Summer Exhibition, which is on for another week at The Meffan Museum & Art Gallery, 20 West High Street, Forfar until Friday 29th June 2018.
The RSW currently has 120 members and is an artist led, Scottish Charity dedicated to promoting the art of watercolour painting, not just in Scotland but internationally as well. They hold annual exhibitions which are normally Edinburgh based but also invite non-members to submit their work to a selection panel to be chosen to exhibit alongside the RSW members at annual open exhibitions.
Ooh, what’s this? An iridescent antique gold Liquitex professional paint marker pen? LET ME AT IT!!
I was having a rummage around an art shop a few weeks ago for some fresh inspiration and found this little beauty. A little pricey at £7.25 but it will probably last a wee while, so I won’t complain about that too much for it will provide me with hours of shiny, metallic, golden goodness.
The winner of the giveaway as been announced on the ‘My Art Therapy Workshop’ Facebook page!
